Campbell's® Quick Spaghetti & Meatballs

1 jar (48 ounces) Prego® Pasta Sauce Flavored with Meat, (5 cups)
1 lb. frozen fully cooked meatballs, (about 16 meatballs, 1-ounce each)
8 cups hot cooked spaghetti, (about 16 ounces dry)
Grated Parmesan cheese
In large saucepan mix pasta sauce and meatballs. Over medium-high heat, heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 20 min. or until meatballs are heated through, stirring occasionally.
Serve over spaghetti. Sprinkle with cheese.
