    • 1 lb. spaghetti
    • 2T. olive oil
    • 3T. lemon juice, to taste
    • 1T. minced fresh basil
    • black pepper to taste


    1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
    2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, basil, and black pepper. Mix well and toss with the pasta.
    3. Serve hot or cold.
    4. Yield: 4 servings.
