    Parsley Buttered New Potatoes

    List of Ingredients

    • 2 lb. red potatoes, washed
    • salt
    • water
    • 1/4 lb. butter
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 3T. parsley, chopped


    1. Peel a small strip around the middle of each potato. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender.
    2. Drain. Melt butter in a saucepan. Saute garlic briefly. Toss hot potatoes in butter and garlic.
    3. Sprinkle generously with chopped parsley. Serve hot.
