Roasted Red Potatoes

1 1/2 Tbsp. (22.5mL) Mrs. Dash® Original Blend, divided
12 small red potatoes, cut into wedges
1 Tbsp. (30mL) unsalted butter
1 Tbsp. (30mL) olive oil
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Add olive oil and melted butter to a large bowl, add potatoes, 1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Original Blend and toss.
3. Place on a cookie sheet, and roast for 30 minutes.
4. Increase heat to 450°F (220°C).
5. Sprinkle with remaining Mrs. Dash® Original Blend and continue to roast for 5 to 10 minutes or until tender and browned
