    Chicken Marinara w/ Mushrooms

    List of Ingredients

    • 12oz. spaghetti
    • 4 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2T. butter
    • 1 lb. boneless chicken , cut into thin bite size strips
    • 1/2t. dried chervil, crushed
    • 1/2t. basil, crushed
    • 1/4t. thyme, crushed
    • 6oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    • 1(27oz) jar spaghetti sauce
    • 1/2c. dry white wine
    • 2t. sugar


    1. Cook pasta according to pkg. directions. Drain. Meanwhile, in a large skillet cook garlic in hot butter for 30 seconds.
    2. Add half the chicken, dried chervil, basil and thyme, cook and stir for 3-4 mins. or until chicken is no longer pink.
    3. Remove chicken , reserving drippings in skillet. Repeat with remaining chicken and herbs.
    4. Add mushrooms to drippings in skillet. Cook and stir about 3 mins. or until tender.
    5. Add sauce, wine and sugar. Return chicken to skillet. Heat.
    6. Serve over hot cooked pasta.
