    List of Ingredients

    • 1 (2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. ) chicken, cut into pieces, skin removed
    • 1/2 c. mayo
    • 1 1/4c. Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs


    1. Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise. Place bread crumbs in large plastic food bag.
    2. Add chicken 1 piece at a time; shake to coat. Arrange on rack in broiler pan or foiled lined baking sheet.
    3. Bake in 425 oven about 40 mins. or until golden brown and juice runs clear when pierced with a fork.
