    Cuban Garbanzo Bean Soup

    2 lbs. pork loin cut in about 1/2" cubes
    2 cans garbanzo beans (chick peas)
    32 oz. low fat chicken broth
    2 small onions, chopped
    6 cloves garlic, minced
    1 medium sized jalepeno pepper, minced

    Cook the pork for a few minutes until it is browned, then add in
    the onions for a few seconds. Add everything else and cooked under
    10 lbs. of pressure for about 10 minutes.
