Tropical Orange Punch

2 T orange spice tea, loose 12 cloves 1/4 t ginger
1 quart boiling water 1 can frozen orange juice concentrate 1 quart apple juice, chilled
1 cup rum 1 quart sparkling water, chilled orange slices
1 Combine tea, cloves, and ginger in a large teapot or jar. Pour in boiling water. Steep 1/2 hour. Strain. Chill. Pour into a punch bowl. Stir in orange juice concentrate, apple juice, and rum. When ready to serve, pour in sparkling water. Float orange slices on top.
