    Dilly Pasta Salad

    Recipe Introduction

    This is a great salad for pot-lucks.

    List of Ingredients

    4 cups pasta bows (dry)
    1 green pepper
    4 scallions
    4 plum tomatoes
    1 can drained garbanzo beans (chick peas)
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. dillweed
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper


    Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, chop green pepper, slice scallions, and chop tomatoes. Drain garbanzo beans. Put all in a glass or stainless steel bowl. When pasta is cooked, drain and rinse with cold water. Add to bowl with vegetables.

    Make dressing by combining olive oil, lemon juice and seasonings. Whisk with a whisk or transfer to a jar and shake. Pour over pasta and vegetables and chill.
