    List of Ingredients

    • 1/2c. chili sauce
    • 1/3c. ketchup
    • 1/3c. prepared horseradish
    • 1 1/2t. Worcestershire
    • 1/4t. salt
    • 2T. lemon juice
    • dash black pepper
    • 1/4c. very finely diced celery


    1. Combine ingredients in the order given. Place in a clean glass container, cover and keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
    2. This sauce is good for oysters or cherrystone clams on the half shell, or for crabmeat or shrimp cocktail.
    3. If a milder sauce is desired, substitute 1/4c. pureed canned tomatoes for half of the chili sauce.
    4. Makes: 1 1/2 cups sauce.
