    Glazed Onion Sauce

    List of Ingredients

    • 4c. thinly sliced Spanish onions, cut into 1 inch pieces
    • 1/2c. A1 steak sauce
    • 1/3c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    • 1/2c. beef broth


    1. In heavy skillet, over med.-high heat, heat onions, steak sauce, brown sugar and beef broth to a boil.
    2. Reduce heat, simmer for 25-30 mins. stirring occasionally or until onions are glazed and syrupy.
    3. Serve hot or at room temp. with cooked beef, burgers, poultry or pork.
    4. Makes: 2 cups
