    List of Ingredients

    • 3/4c. A1 steak sauce
    • 2T. honey
    • 2T. dry sherry
    • 1t. cornstarch
    • 1/4t. dried basil


    1. In small saucepan, blend steak sauce, honey, sherry, cornstarch and basil.
    2. Over medium heat, heat to a boil, stirring constantly.
    3. Boil 1 minute; remove from heat and cool slightly. Use as a baste while grilling beef, poultry or pork.
    4. Makes: about 1 cup
