    • 2 CLOVES, GARLIC, MINCED
    • 1- 1LB.14OZ. CAN TOMATOES, CUT UP
    • 1-6OZ. CAN TOMATO PASTE
    • 1/4C. PARSLEY
    • 1T. BROWN SUGAR
    • 1t. SALT
    • 1 1/2t. OREGANO
    • 1/4t. THYME
    • 1 BAY LEAF
    • HOT COOKED SPAGHETTI
    • PARMESAN CHEESE


    Instructions


    1. IN DUTCH OVEN, COMBINE ONION, MEAT, AND GARLIC.COOK TIL MEAT IS BROWNED AND ONION IS TENDER.
    2. SKIM OFF EXCESS FAT.
    3. ADD NEXT 8 INGREDIENTS AND 2C. WATER.
    4. SIMMER, UNCOVERED 3 HOURS OR TIL SAUCE IS THICK. STIR OCCASIONALLY.
    5. REMOVE BAY LEAF.
    6. SERVE OVER HOT SPAGHETTI.
    7. SPRINKLE WITH PARMESAN CHEESE.
