    List of Ingredients


    1. Combine 1c. sliced fresh mushrooms, 1/4c. dry white wine, and 1t. fine herbs.
    2. Bring to boiling, reduce heat. Simmer 5-7 mins. or till most liquid is evaporated.
    3. Stir in 1/2c. whipping cream, 1t. instant chicken bouillon granules and 1/8t. pepper.
    4. Heat through. Remove from heat. Using a wire whisk, stir in 1/2c. butter, 1T. at a time till melted.
    5. Stir in 2t. lemon juice. Keep sauce warm for up to 30 mins. but do not boil.
