    List of Ingredients

    • 2T. butter
    • 2T. flour
    • 1 1/4c. milk
    • 1/2c. sharp American cheese, shredded
    • 2 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded


    1. Melt butter, blend in flour. Add milk all at once.
    2. Cook, stirring constantly, till mixture thickens and bubbles.
    3. Remove from heat; stir in cheeses till melted.
    4. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
