    • 1/2 CLOVE GARLIC
    • 1/2t. SALT
    • 1-9OZ PKG. FROZEN FRENCH FRIES
    • 1/2t. PEPPER
    • 3T. BUTTER
    • 1T. FLOUR
    • 1/2C. MILK
    • 1/4t. ONION SALT
    • 1/2C. GRATED SWISS CHEESE


    Instructions


    1. RUB 9X13 GLASS DISH WITH GARLIC. SPRINKLE SALT ON BOTTOM OF DISH.
    2. PUT 1/2 PKG. FRIES IN DISH.
    3. COMBINE BUTTER, FLOUR, CHEESE AND SEASONINGS.
    4. HEAT MILK AND POUR INTO CHEESE POTATOES.
    5. REPEAT WITH REMAINING SAUCE AND POTATOES.
    6. BAKE AT 350 FOR 30 MINS.
