    1 cup brown sugar

    1 cup granulated sugar

    1 cup corn syrup, dark

    1 cup butter

    2 cups evaporated milk

    1 tsp vanilla

    2 cups pecans

    2 cups Dale and Thomas Kettle Corn

    1 cup cherries, dried

    8 oz dark chocolate


    Combine sugars, syrup, butter and 1 cup evaporated milk in sauce pot and bring to boil.

    Add remaining evaporated milk slowly, stirring constantly and continue to boil.

    Cook until candy thermometer reaches 255 degrees.

    Add vanilla, pecans and cherries and stir to combine. Gently fold in popcorn to coat.

    Gently fold in popcorn to coat.

    Drop mixture by the spoonful onto sheet pan to form small clusters and allow to cool.

    Melt chocolate over double boiler.

    Drizzle chocolate over cooled clusters and cool. Enjoy!
