    • 2 LB. STEW MEAT
    • 2T. WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
    • 2T. MOLASSES
    • 1C. KETCHUP
    • 2T. VINEGAR
    • 1T. PAPRIKA
    • 1/2C. WATER
    • 1 LARGE ONION
    • 1 BELL PEPPER
    • 1 CAN SLICED MUSHROOMS


    Instructions


    1. FLOUR AND BROWN STEW BEEF.
    2. IN A FLAT GLASS CASSEROLE, PUT BROWNED STEW BEEF.
    3. SLICE 1 LARGE ONION ON TOP OF STEW.
    4. SLICE 1 BELL PEPPER ON TOP.
    5. ADD ON TOP, 1 LARGE CAN SLICED, DRAINED MUSHROOMS.
    6. MIX WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE, MOLASSES, KETCHUP, VINEGAR AND WATER AND POUR MIXTURE EVENLY OVER THE TOP.
    7. COVER WITH FOIL AND BAKE AT 300 DEGREES FOR 3 HOURS.
    8. SERVES 6.
