    List of Ingredients

    • 1c. melted butter
    • 2t. white pepper
    • 1/4c. lemon juice
    • 2t. paprika
    • 2t. celery salt
    • 2t. onion powder
    • 2t. granulated garlic
    • 1t. sugar


    1. Put all ingredients into saucepan and heat. Put chicken halves in the smoker and keep temp. at 240-250.
    2. Mop the chicken every 30 mins. or so until it's done.
    3. Yield: 1 serving
