Citrus Black Bean Spread

1/2 cup canned black beans, drained, rinsed
2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper
36 TRISCUIT Low Sodium Crackers
PLACE beans, cream cheese, lemon juice and lemon peel in blender or food processor container; cover. Blend until smooth. Place in bowl. Stir in red pepper; cover.
REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour for flavors to blend.
SPREAD 1 tsp. of the bean mixture onto each cracker.
