    List of Ingredients

    • 1 lb. ground deer meat
    • 3 or 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
    • 1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 small onion, diced
    • pepper and garlic salt to taste


    1. Place sliced potatoes in bottom of casserole dish. Break deer meat over potatoes.
    2. Add garlic salt, diced onion, pepper and soups. Cover and bake at 325 for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
