    SwansonŽ One-Dish Beef Stroganoff

    Recipe Introduction

    Stroganoff is simplified with SwansonŽ Beef Broth with Onion--the tender strips of beef sirloin, mushrooms and egg noodles all simmer together in this skillet meal.
    1 tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, 3/4" thick, cut into thin strips
    1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1 3/4 cups SwansonŽ Beef Broth
    2 cups sliced mushrooms (about 6 ounces)
    1/3 of a 12-ounce package medium egg noodles (about 3 cups)
    1/2 cup sour cream
    Chopped fresh parsley

    Heat the oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until it's well browned, stirring often. Add the onion, garlic and parsley and cook until the onion is tender-crisp.

    Stir the stock and mushrooms in the skillet and heat to a boil. Stir in the noodles. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the noodles are tender.

    Stir the sour cream in the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Sprinkle with the parsley.
