2 � c flour
1 t baking soda
1/3 cup canola oil
1 1/3 cups high protein powder (eg.whey protein)
� t ginger, ground
1 cup pumpkin canned
1 t baking powder
8 large egg whites
� cu soy nuts unsalted
1 t cinnamon
� t nutmeg
� cup skim milk
� cup Splenda
8 ounces 60% cocoa chips
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips. Mix well. Stir in chips. Spoon batter onto cookie sheet, sprayed with nonfat cooking spray. Bake 10-12 minutes or until bottoms are light brown.
