    Egg & Mushroom Pita

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 Tbsp mushroom(s), chopped 0
    • 3 medium egg white(s), whisked 1
    • 1 small whole wheat pita(s), or 1/2 large 1


    Instructions


    1. Heat a nonstick skillet a tea spoon of 'real' butter over medium heat. Saut� mushrooms until tender and remove from pan. Add egg, season to taste, and scramble until firm. Fill pita with egg and mushrooms.
