    FROSTING FOR LEMON BUNDT CAKE


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups confectioner's sugar (powdered sugar)
    • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
    • 4 ounce cream cheese, softened
    • 2 tablespons fresh lemon juice
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Blend sugar, butter, & cream cheese
    2. Beat in juice & vanilla
    3. Beat on high until fluffy
    4. Spread over cake
