5 ounces dry white wine
1 ounce brandy
1/2 teaspoon sugar syrup (optional)
Dash of Angostura bitters
Dash of K�mmel
Chilled soda
Twist of cucumber peel

Shake wine, brandy, sugar syrup, bitters, and K�mmel with cracked ice and serve in a Highball glass or large goblet. Top up with soda and garnish with cucumber.
