Chili Pepper Bake

5 to 6 chili peppers, seeded
1 egg
3/4 cup of milk
1 package of sharp cheddar cheese, sliced (8 oz.)
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Deseed chili peppers. Cut chili peppers in small slices. Cut into thin slices the cheese. Beat 1 egg and milk together. Add a dash of Worcestershire to liquid. Place chili in ungreased quiche pan. Cheese slices over top. Then pour liquid over top. Add paprika for color on top. Bake at 350�F. for 30 minutes until bubbly. Serve with stoned Wheat Thin crackers.
