    One 1 pound 4 ounce can of yellow hominy, drained
    One 1 pound can of tamales, cut in thirds
    One 4 - 5 ounce can of Vienna sausages, cut in thirds
    One 10 1/2 ounce can of condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 ounce of sharp natural Cheddar cheese, shredded, about 1/4 cup

    Combine the hominy, tamales, sausages, and soup, mix well. Turn into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. bake uncovered at 350�F. for 35 to 40 minutes. If desired, garnish top with additional tamales. Sprinkle cheese on top. return to oven, to melt cheese and heat tamale garnish. Serves 6
