2 1/2 c. macaroni, cooked
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped pepper
1/4 c. butter or oleo
1 envelope tomato soup mix
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 can luncheon meat, cut into strips or 3 c. ham
1 1/2 c. shredded Velveeta cheese


Recipe



Cook and drain macaroni. Saut� onion and pepper. Add flour, soup and milk gradually. Cook until thickened. Add cheese, macaroni and meat. Put into casserole, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake in a 350 degrees oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 12.
