List of Ingredients




1 apple, peeled, cored and finely chopped
1 egg
1/4 cup of all purpose flour
1/2 cup of sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 cup of ground pecans
1 quart of vanilla ice cream
1 cup of toffee pieces
Chocolate sauce

Mix the apple, egg, flour, sugar, baking powder and pecans well by hand. Pour into an 8 inch round, well greased cake pan. Bake at 350�F. for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool. fill with vanilla ice cream. Top with toffee pieces. Drizzle with Chocolate Sauce or chocolate syrup.
Chocolate Sauce:
2 squares of semisweet chocolate, melted
4 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon of cr�me de cacao

Combine all of the ingredients in top of double boiler. Cook until thickened.
