Grandma Bogey Cranberry Bread

List of Ingredients
2 oranges
2 cups of whole wheat flour
2 cups of white flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
2 cups of sugar or less
3 egg whites
1/4 cup of oil
1/2 cup of chopped nuts
2 cups of ground or sliced cranberries
Preheat your oven to 325� F. Grate the rind off the oranges and reserve. Cut the oranges in half and squeeze out the juice. Add enough boiling water to juice to make 1 1/2 cups liquid. Combine the juice and rind with all the other ingredients. Place in two lightly oiled 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour or until a wooden toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Makes 2 loaves
