Orange and Spice Pumpkin Pie

1 15-ounce can pumpkin
3 large eggs
� cup packed golden brown sugar
� cup whipping cream
� cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
� cup sour cream
2� teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon cayenne
� teaspoon cornstarch
� teaspoon ground ginger
� teaspoon salt
lightly sweetened whipped cream
fine strips of orange
pie crust
Recipe
Whisk first 10 ingredients in large bowl until well blended. Pour into pie crust.
- Bake at 325� until filling puffs and begins to split at edges and is just set in center, about 1 hour and 5 minutes.
- Chill pie. Top pie with whipped cream and orange peel strips.
