    3 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. mint extract
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 cup sugar
    6 oz. miniature chocolate chips

    2 dozen

    Preheat oven to 275�.

    Beat egg whites, cream of tartar, and extracts until stiff. Slowly add sugar. Beat well. Add chocolate chips. Drop teaspoonfuls on baking sheet. Bake at 275� for 30 minutes.
