1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup pecans, finely chopped
Confectioners� sugar



Recipe



Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Cream butter. Add sugar, vanilla, flour and nuts. Roll into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for approximately 35-45 minutes. Remove from oven. Let cool for 5 minutes. Roll in confectioners� sugar. Let cool again and then roll again in confectioners� sugar. Makes approximately 2 dozen cookies.
