    5th Ave. Spinach and Artichoke Dip

    List of Ingredients

    1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    1 pkg. frozed spinach, thawed and all water squeezed out
    2 cans water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
    1 c. sour cream
    3 T. mayo
    8 small green onions, finely chopped
    1 c. Parmesan Cheese
    2 c. shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    1/2 cup chopped roasted sweet red peppers, drained (optional)


    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Place in greased 13x9 baking pan and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with assorted crackers or toasted French Bread.
