    Delta Cajun Crab Dip

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 lb imitation crab meat (pollock)
    8 oz. block softened cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. hot sauce
    1/2 Tbsp. worcestershire
    1/2 Tbsp. Creole Seasoning (I used the salt free Tony Chachere's)
    1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
    1 green onion, thinly sliced
    1 tsp. garlic/herb (salt free) seasoning (I get it in large bottles from Sam's Club)


    Blend cream cheese, hot sauce, worcestershire, creole seasoning, and garlic/herb seasoning in processor. Scrape sides.

    Gently fold in cheddar, shrimp & onions & adjust seasonings
