    Hot Chili Cheese Dip

    List of Ingredients

    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 teaspoon/s vegetable oil
    2 cup/s salsa
    2 can/s chili without beans (15 oz. each)
    2 package/s cream cheese, cubed (3 oz. each)
    2 can/s sliced ripe olives, drained (2-1/4 oz. each)
    Tortilla chips


    In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic in oil until tender. Transfer to a slow cooker. Stir in the chili, salsa, cream cheese and olives. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours until heated through, stirring occasionally. Stir before serving with tortilla chips. Yield: 6 cups.
