    Pineapple-Yogurt Dip

    List of Ingredients

    Makes 2 cups dip

    1 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt
    1/4 cup toasted, flaked coconut
    1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained.
    2 tablespoons packed brown sugar

    Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.

    Only 15 calories per tablespoon.

    Good dip for apple wedges.
