    Sour Dough Beef Dip

    List of Ingredients

    8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
    1 c. Sour cream
    4 oz. Chipped beef, chopped
    1/4 c. Green onion, chopped
    Dash Worcestershire sauce
    2 T. Green pepper, chopped
    1 8" round load sour dough bread
    1/4 t. Garlic Salt


    Cut top off bread and carefully scoop out, making sure not to poke holes clear through loaf. Combine remaining ingredients and fill bread shell with mixture. Put lid that you cut off back on top of load. Wrap in foiled and bake at 300 for 1-1/2 hours. Use soft bread pieces that you pulled out to dip in hot mixture.
