    Southwestern Chicken Dip

    List of Ingredients

    1 lb. (16 oz.) Velveeta Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
    1 can (10 oz.) Ro*tel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies, drained
    1 pkg. (6 oz.) Louis Rich Southwestern Seasoned or Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, chopped
    1/4 cup chopped green onion
    1 tsp. ground cumin (optional)


    1. Microwave all ingredients in microwaveable bowl on high 6 to 7 minutes or until Velveeta is melted, stirring every 3 minutes.

    2. Serve with tortilla chips or cut-up vegetables.

    Makes 28 (2-Tbsp.) servings.

    Great Substitute: Substitute 1/2 lb. cooked and drained ground beef for the chicken breast strips.

    Special Extra: Prepare as directed, using Velveeta Mexican Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product with Jalapeņo Peppers.
