    List of Ingredients

    2 ripe avocados
    1 pint sour cream
    1 package Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mix
    1 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 to 1 cup green onions, finely chopped
    1 15-ounce can chopped tomatoes
    1 2-ounce can sliced black olives
    tortilla chips


    Slice the avocados in half and remove the seeds. Scoop out flesh and place in a large bowl. Add the sour cream, dressing mix and lemon juice. Mix until well-blended. Spread the mixture over the bottom of a large serving platter. Top with the grated cheeses, green onion, tomato, and black olives. Arrange tortilla chips around the edge of the platter. Just before serving, stand more chips over the surface of the dip.
