    List of Ingredients

    One 6 ounce can of albacore tuna packed in water, drained
    1 tablespoon of capers, drained
    2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1 teaspoon of anchovy paste
    1 teaspoon of minced roasted garlic
    2 tablespoons of skim milk ricotta cheese

    Combine the tuna, capers, lemon juice, anchovy paste, garlic, and ricotta in the bowl of a food processor or blender and puree until smooth. Great served stuffed in celery, on bread, crackers or crostini.
