    Two-Cheese Onion Dip

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup creamed cottage cheese
    4 ounces blue cheese
    1/3 cup light cream
    1 can (3 1/2 ounces) French fried onions, crushed
    Minced parsley


    Put cheeses and cream in blender and whirl until smooth. Stir in onions, put in serving bowl and sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Serve with potato chips and/or crackers.

    Makes about 2 cups.
