    List of Ingredients

    3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

    2 pounds lump crab meat

    1/2 cup real mayonnaise

    1 garlic clove, crushed

    1/4 cup white wine or vermouth

    1 teaspoon each: dry mustard powder and powdered sugar

    Seasoned salt to taste

    Combine cheese, crab, mayonnaise, garlic, wine, mustard, sugar and seasoned salt in chafing dish or saucepan and heat until melted. Dunn says it will feed 50 snackers or 30 hungry people.
