    2 tablespoons soft butter
    � cup sugar
    1 egg yolk
    1� tablespoons rum
    � cup almonds -- ground

    Work butter to a cream. Add sugar slowly and beat until fluffy. Add the egg yolk and beat well. Blend in the rum and fold in the ground almonds.

    Will make about � cup.
