    Pecan Pie Crust

    List of Ingredients




    3 cups flour
    1/2 cups chopped pecans
    Ice water to mix
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1 lb. frozen cubed butter

    Add all ingredients in food processor and pulse. Take mixture and roll between plastic wrap until 1/8 inch thick. Freeze 30 minutes or until ready to use. Place dough in tart pan. Add beans in coffee or tea filter to keep crust flat. Bake at 350 degrees until sides are brown. Take out and remove beans and brown crust. Add Cooked pie filling.

    Note: Place pan of water underneath tart pan in oven to catch spills.
