4 cups Chicken breasts shredded
1 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1/2 cup sour cream
7 tbsp butter
1 cup canned mushroom slices
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Spanish paprika
Salt & Pepper to tasteRecipe
Place Butter in non stick skillet on high, add onions, mushrooms, garlic. Saut� until onions are translucent. Add heavy cream, sour cream, and spices. Stir until it comes to a boil. Reduce heat and add chicken, simmer on low for 20 minutes.
