    Eggnog Bunt Cake


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 box yellow cake mix
    • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or almonds
    • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 1/2 cups eggnog
    • 1/4 cup butter melted
    • .powdered sugar optional


    Instructions



    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter a bunt pan.

      Press nuts on bottom and sides of pan.

      Combine remaining ingredients and beat until smooth; 4 or 5 minutes.
      Pour in to pan.

      Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes until cake tests done.

      Cool 10 minutes.

      Remove from pan.Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
