1 1/2 Pounds Ground Round
1 Cup Onion, chopped
1/2 Cup Water
2 Tablespoons Chili Powder*
2 teaspoons Splenda*
2 teaspoons Ground Cumin*
1/2 teaspoon Salt*
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
2 - 15 oz. Cans Kidney Beans, undrained
2 - 14.5 oz. Cans Mexican-Style Stewed Tomatoes with Jalapeno Peppers and Spices, undrained
Cook the ground round in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until brown. stirring to crumble.
Add chopped onion and garlic, cooking until onion is tender.
Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place meat mixture into crockpot, followed by remaining ingredients.
Cover with lid, and cook on Low for 4 hours.
Spoon into bowls.
