    List of Ingredients

    1 cup ketchup
    1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
    1 tsp dry mustard
    4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp Seasoning Salt
    1 1/2 tsp onion powder
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1 egg
    1/8 cup green pepper(s)
    1 1/2 cup General Mills Wheat Chex
    1 1/2 pound 95% lean/5% fat raw ground beef


    In large bowl combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. Reserve 4 Tbs. mixture for topping. To remaining mixture add Worcestershire sauce, salt, onion, garlic powder, pepper and egg. Blend well. Stir in green pepper and crushed Wheat chex. Let stand 5 minutes. Add ground beef. Mix well. Shape into loaf in shallow baking pan. Bake in 350 oven for 65 minutes. Spread top with reserved ketchup mixture. Bake additional 15 minutes.
